WHAT SHOULD WE EAT?

The Garden of Eden Diet has served us well for 100's of thousands of years-vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, beans, fish, meats and water.  This contains the perfect balance of the nutrients required for healthy humans. It is obviously better if this food is lightly cooked and not processed. Kept away from micro-waves, Radiation, pasteurising and just about every factory process, except flash freezing or drying. 

As soon as big business gets its claws into food processing we end up with the situation we have now where Prof. James Philips, the head of the European task force into Nutrition and Obesity, said “30 year old will be going blind within 10 years as a result of the worst diet in modern history”. Another government report says that we may have sacrificed a generation to ill health with the dangerous food openly on sale.
