Action Plan for the Recovery of a
Dysfunctional Digestive System

There are thousands of suffers of just about every disease and a common factor is that the majority suffer some sort of digestive tract problem. This ranges for the minor indigestion to severe inflammatory bowel diseases. I have to be honest and tell everyone that while my nutritional programs can help their problem, until they get there digestive tract healthy then full recovery will not happen. This is why everyone should consider a digestive recovery program
Take (in order of priority):
1.
Digestive Enzymes

Ensures proper digestion and absorption of food that will the help heal the digestive system and improve general health.

2. Gastro Enzyme and herbal complex

To heal the digestive tract.

Probiotic 9 Strains Ensures a healthy digestive tract by killing the unfriendly bacteria, keeping the Candida in check, helping the digestion of food and ensuring critical nutrients such as Taurine are absorbed. The are also responsible for the manufacture of certain important B Vitamins in the digestive system

L-Glutamine

Take 5 grams daily of to heal the damaged digestive tract for 1 - 2 months. L-Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body. In times of metabolic stress, glutamine is utilized by the body for organ repair, gastrointestinal tract support, and support for the body's natural defence system. Glutamine plays a large role in suppressing intestinal permeability by enhancing the mass and strength of the intestine's protective mucosal lining. It is also important to re-grow healthy tissue in the small intestines with the amino acid, L-Glutamine. Its use will help with the frequent removal of the cells of the small intestines, which is necessary for these cells to stay healthy and to absorb food well. L-Glutamine can also restore the ability of the small intestines to block the uptake of pathogens, including bacteria and incompletely digested foods that can cause havoc with the immune system.
5. Oxygen and Aloe Vera Formula Take 1-2oz, 30mins before food to help heal the digestive tract and support the Probiotic.
